Customized Floor Scale

Aizen can design two basic types of floor scales: mobile floor scales and fixed floor scales, depending on the requirements. Mobile floor scales are equipped with casters and brakes, suitable for weighing in logistics operations. Fixed floor scales are fixed  with anchor bolts , primarily used for static weighing on production lines.

We can also design sub-product lines such as explosion-proof and livestock-specific models according to special scenarios: explosion-proof electronic platform scales have passed intrinsic safety certification and are suitable for petrochemical hazardous areas; ultra-low platform livestock scales are equipped with guardrail structures to meet the dynamic weighing requirements of live animals ;the clean workshop in the pharmaceutical factory uses a removable plate washable scale ; port logistics utilizes mobile, large-tonnage platform scales.

The entire scale is made of stainless steel or carbon steel, and the patterned design of the scale surface effectively prevents slippage.The weighing platform is treated with sandblasting/acrylic paint, which effectively prevents moisture and corrosion. The frameless design of the weighing body ensures unobstructed transport and measurement of the product.The scale is equipped with four adjustable feet, allowing for flexible leveling of the scale while it is halfway on the ground.The scale is equipped with four high-precision digital sensors and a weighing display.
