AIZEN explosion-proof truck scale is an electronic weighing device specifically designed for flammable and explosive places, mainly used in hazardous environments such as metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, and mines where explosive gases or dust exist. According to the different explosive substances and hazardous areas, products with different explosion-proof levels are configured: intrinsic safety type, composite type, energy limiting type, and explosion-proof type.

The explosion-proof level covers standards such as ExibIIBT4, ExiaICIT6, etc. It adopts a low-power design, supports automatic calibration, dynamic detection, and data printing functions, and is equipped with an Io T module for remote monitoring.During installation, it is necessary to strictly match the explosion-proof type according to the medium type and hazardous area level.

The key welds of AIZEN scale body adopt fully automatic continuous welding, and new products of various specifications must pass full load and high-frequency fatigue tests during the development process. The weighing platform has high overall strength, good rigidity, strong resistance to torsion and lateral forces, high anti-corrosion performance, ensuring long-term stable and reliable use.
